Pouillon, South France
Venture over to France where again a family run venue in Pouillon, near Biarritz in South West France a truly beautiful region where cycling, wine tasting and visits to the market place are an everyday occurrence. In the summer lounge by the pool and then at winter time take time out and go snow boarding or skiing with the help of Benn the man on site. After your cooking marathon Amy will serve up a sumptuous 4 course meal (see photo gallery). Both venues have a superb friendly atmosphere.
Lyon in France, is the Gastronomic Centre of the world. Stay in a friendly bed and breakfast and enjoy trips to local markets and wine growers.

Should you wish to go away to this wonderful area we can arrange an authentic Italian workshop, with accommodation on the same site. Visits to local markets and the famous Isle of Capri and Pompeii can be included in your visit.
